Founded in 1995, Care Cooperative Savings & Credit Society Limited (CareCoop) was initially established for employees of CARE International in Zambia. It has since expanded its common bond to include employees of various reputable organizations. As a member-owned financial cooperative (SACCO), its mission is to empower members by providing innovative, affordable, and accessible financial solutions, primarily through savings mobilization and the provision of credit, thereby promoting a culture of thrift and improving their economic and social well-being.
