Commsec is the occasional lag in their app during peak trading hours. It can be super frustrating when you're trying to make quick moves and the app decides to take its sweet time! ⏳ Plus, their customer service can be hit or miss at times. Just wish it was a bit more seamless, you know? 🤷♂️
