United Bank for Africa (UBA) is one of the best banks in Nigeria in terms of its high quality delivery system and effective customer satisfaction. Initially, I was using First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and I experienced so many challenges in their general service delivery, other banking related activities, and their online services are poor. So I would advice others to patronise UBA BANK for all their efficient service deliveries, customer satisfaction, online/mobile banking etc.
