License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Company Information
Get to know TaxTim
Founded in 2011 out of an MBA project, TaxTim was created to simplify the process of tax filing for South Africans. The company's mission is to make tax returns easy, accessible, and less intimidating for everyone. It achieves this through a user-friendly, conversational web-based platform that asks simple questions to guide users through their tax return, maximizing their potential refunds and ensuring compliance with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

Overall Thought
More confusing to use Tax Tim than use SARS e-filing. Their quesions are not clear. Also when there is a discrepency they dont show you where it is in your submission. It just comes up as an error. Then you must hunt down the problem. In our case, it was a rounding error, but was not told to us as that. I dont understand how it could be a rounding error. We never submitted decimals.
