The Responsible Investment Brand Index (RIBI™) is an independent global analysis that identifies which asset management companies are genuinely committed to sustainable and responsible investment and effectively reflect this in their brand. Initiated in 2018 by Jean-Francois Hirschel and produced in partnership with brand consultancy Hirschel & Kramer and professor Markus Kramer, the index evaluates hundreds of asset managers globally. It assesses firms based on two dimensions: Commitment (a quantitative rating) and Brand (a qualitative rating), providing a unique benchmark for the financial industry on brand alignment with ESG principles.
