It took days just to verify my account... After making profit i was not allowed to withdraw using the same means of deposit which is via debit card... I tried asking customer support to help me switch so that i can withdraw via agent but they failed to help on many occasions... Eventually i ended up losing all my profit because i was trading with frustration... Honestly this broker is bad... The customer support is incompetent that its very hard to get any real assistance
