Well, I had a bit of an issue with my deposit last Tuesday (totally my fault, forgot a digit), so I messaged their support. Actually thought it would take days to fix, but they got back to me in like 20 minutes? Super helpful. It’s nice knowing there’s actually a person on the other end and not just a bot giving me copy-paste answers. Definitely makes me feel better about keeping my money there.
