I would say PU Prime is quite a stable platform. My account manager James, helps me out on setting up my account. He also provided extra guidance for me to make sure that I get familiarize with the platform. Me personally is a app user, the interface of PU Prime is relatively easy to navigate, so far I have not encounter any issue that would really cause a bad experience while trading with them.
