White Wolf Capital is a private equity firm that began operations in late 2011 and is focused on making control investments in leading middle-market companies. We believe in a solutions-oriented and flexible investment approach. Typical situations include leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and recapitalizations. White Wolf Capital's operations are focused on long-term value investors and structure their investments with that philosophy in mind. In addition to creating value through operational improvements, we create significant value through capital structure optimization and investments in growth, both organic and through add-on acquisitions. In general, they look to invest in companies with $10 million to $100 million in revenues and up to $10 million in EBITDA. They focus on investment opportunities that are headquartered in North America operating in a number of industries. Preferred industries include manufacturing, business services, information technology, security, aerospace, and defense.
