Wally S.A.E.C.A. is a Paraguayan financial technology company regulated by the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP) as an EMPE (Electronic Payment Methods Entity). The company offers a mobile digital wallet that allows users to send and receive money, pay for services, make purchases at stores using QR codes, and top-up phone credit. Wally also provides users with a prepaid Mastercard that can be used for online and in-person purchases.
