Shanghai FFT

Shanghai FFT (付费通) is a provider of many types of online search and online payment of bills such as water, electricity, coal gas, mobile phone, telephone, broad band, digital television, vehicle tolls, and more. It is the first electronic billing platform in China. It commits itself to establishing a unified EBPP platform around the city. Through modern information technology, it achieves the electronic integration, information exchange, submitting and payment of various types of traditional paper bills used in the life of Shanghai families. Shanghai FFT was established in May 2003 under the guidance of government sectors of Shanghai city and other public accounting institutions, along with banks.
