MindWorks Capital

Founded in 2013, with an AUM of over $700 million, MindWorks Capital invests in early-stage Pan-Asia venture capital across Greater China and Southeast Asia. In Greater China, MindWorks' emphasis is on seeking innovative and disruptive companies, taking technology and business model risk, typically at Series A. In Southeast Asia, the emphasis is on investing in proven business models from the West and China, typically at Series B. MindWorks' investment thesis and outlook are theme-based and continually revised on a six-month basis, with the current target sectors including logistics, fintech, and enterprise tech. MindWorks has a team of 12 investment professionals across three offices including Hong Kong, where it is headquartered, Beijing, and Jakarta. The team often provides value-add to its portfolio companies, including helping businesses to scale, forming partnerships, and acquiring follow-on funding from strategic investors.
