Beware of Latoken’s Ineptitude and Lack...

Beware of Latoken’s Ineptitude and Lack of Accountability As the founder of AI-DePIN, I can confidently say that Latoken's management and customer support are deeply problematic. While we were excited to list our coin, AIDP, on their platform, the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. We signed a contract with Latoken over two months ago with clear promises, including a listing within 10-15 days, advertising, and CoinMarketCap (CMC) listing. Despite multiple follow-ups, Latoken has failed to meet any of these commitments. Worse still, after paying for the listing, our account managers, Alice and Amir, disappeared entirely, leaving us with no updates or responses. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were later hit by an attack on our token, caused by a clear security flaw on the platform. This vulnerability allowed the sale of coins without waiting for the necessary confirmations required by blockchain standards. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, Latoken did nothing to help. Instead, I had to deal with them through their user support, only to be met with empty promises and a complete lack of action. In fact, it took 7 days just to get a response, and even then, it was just a copy-paste of information we had already provided. But the real issue lies in Latoken's poor security measures. I suspect that the AIDP tokens that were stolen during the attack were transferred to other platforms, and I’ve even identified suspicious activity. Latoken refuses to provide any transparency, and their lack of security is only exacerbating the damage caused to our community and our project. For anyone considering Latoken, I strongly advise caution. The lack of professionalism, security, and customer support makes them an unreliable partner, and their failure to resolve issues quickly or even respond properly to clients is a major red flag.
