ICO HeadStart presented itself as a platform designed to connect cryptocurrency-based projects with potential investors or "backers." Its mission was to facilitate the fundraising process for new ventures through Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) by providing a space for projects to list their details and for investors to discover and fund them. The platform aimed to support the entire crowdsale lifecycle for crypto startups, but it has not been active since the decline of the ICO boom of 2017-2018.
