Founded in 2017, hiveonline provides a blockchain-based platform designed to create "trust economies" for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in emerging markets. Its mission is to foster financial inclusion by enabling small businesses and communities, particularly women and farmers, to build a verifiable financial track record. This digital reputation allows them to access credit and other financial services they would otherwise be excluded from. The platform facilitates reputation-based lending, savings groups (e-saving), and supply chain finance, contributing to several UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
