GreenSky Capital is a venture capital and private equity firm that manages venture capital and provides financial advisory services. It makes investments in early-stage technology companies through its affiliated venture capital funds, GreenSky Accelerator Fund I, II and III. Their principals bring a unique combination of experience in technology, law, and finance to high-growth potential companies and dedicated entrepreneurs. GreenSky Capital was founded in Toronto, Ontario in 2010 by Geoff Simonett and Michael T. R. List.
