Greater Minnesota Housing Fund

Founded in 1996, the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) is a key lender and investor dedicated to addressing the affordable housing needs of Minnesota's workforce, seniors, and families. As a nonprofit CDFI, GMHF raises capital from public and private sources to provide loans, grants, and technical support for affordable housing developers and projects. Its mission focuses on creating vibrant, healthy communities by ensuring access to safe and affordable homes, having financed over 25,000 homes and leveraged more than $2 billion in capital since its inception.
