Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) was established under the Abu Dhabi Law No. 4 of 2013 and acts as the independent regulator for the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), an international financial free zone. Its mission is to foster a robust, transparent, and trusted financial environment by establishing a comprehensive regulatory framework that aligns with international standards. The FSRA is responsible for the regulation, supervision, and enforcement of rules for all financial institutions, including banks, brokers, asset managers, and insurance companies operating within the ADGM, thereby promoting market integrity and the soundness of the financial system.
