In 2012, FRS was acquired by Wolters Kluwer and has since been fully integrated into its Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business unit. Today, this division leverages the legacy of FRS within its comprehensive suite of services and software, most notably the OneSumX platform. Its mission is to help financial institutions manage complex regulatory and data challenges, enabling them to meet their obligations for regulatory reporting, risk management, and financial performance.
