The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has updated clients of FCI Markets, which entered creditors' voluntary liquidation in March 2023. FSCS is now accepting claims from clients, asking them to provide documentation such as contracts, bank statements, and any correspondence with FCI to assist in processing their claims. However, FSCS is still investigating the firm to determine if any claims qualify for compensation, and updates will be provided on a dedicated webpage as the investigation progresses.
