DNB Financial Services, Inc.

Originally founded in 1860 as the Downingtown National Bank, DNB Financial Corporation grew to become a prominent community bank serving southeastern Pennsylvania. Through its primary subsidiary, DNB First, the company offered a comprehensive suite of financial products, including personal and business banking, lending, and trust and wealth management services. In November 2019, DNB Financial Corporation was acquired by S&T Bancorp, Inc., and its banking operations were fully merged and rebranded as S&T Bank, effectively ceasing the DNB brand's existence.
