Founded in 1978 in the Trentino region, Cooperfidi is a cooperative credit guarantee consortium (Confidi) dedicated to supporting local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Its primary mission is to foster economic development by acting as an intermediary between businesses and credit institutions. Cooperfidi provides guarantees on financing granted by banks, thereby reducing the risk for lenders and making it easier and more affordable for member companies to obtain the credit necessary for their investments and operations.
