Founded as Cannabis Compliance Inc. (CCI), the company established itself as a global leader in cannabis compliance and regulatory consulting. It provided a comprehensive suite of services, including licensing applications, security consulting, quality assurance, and navigating the complex legal frameworks of the nascent cannabis industry. In March 2019, CCI was acquired by 3 Sixty Risk Solutions Ltd. (later 3 Sixty Secure Corp.) to integrate compliance services with their security offerings. In August 2021, the parent company, 3 Sixty Secure Corp., rebranded to GINQ.co, shifting its focus to providing broader technology-enabled solutions for compliance, security, and intelligence across various industries, while continuing the legacy compliance services.
