Founded in 2018 and registered in the British Virgin Islands, BKEX positioned itself as a global digital asset financial service platform for users worldwide. The exchange provided services including spot trading, perpetual contracts (futures), and investment products for a variety of cryptocurrencies. At its peak, it claimed to serve millions of users across many countries. However, in May 2023, the company abruptly suspended all withdrawals, citing cooperation with a police investigation into alleged money laundering. The platform has remained inaccessible and non-operational since.

The way they went above and beyond restored my faith in what real customer service should look like. The new platform, Bkex.us.com, has already impressed me, but the team behind it is what makes it stand out. I had a very negative experience with the old Bkex platform. I lost access to my funds and made multiple attempts to contact their support team, but I never received a response. It was both frustrating and stressful, as I didn’t know what else to do.Fortunately, a friend recommended the new website, Bkex.us.com. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try. I completed all the required steps, including account verification. After going through the process, I was finally able to regain access to my account and was relieved to see that my funds were still there. This experience showed me that while the old Bkex platform let me down, the new Bkex.us.com was able to help resolve my issue. If anyone else is facing similar problems with the old site, I highly recommend visiting the new platform and following their recovery process.
