ATF Bank

Founded in 1995, ATF Bank grew to become one of the largest and most significant financial institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It offered a comprehensive suite of banking products, including corporate banking, SME financing, retail banking, and private banking services. The bank went through several ownership changes, including being majority-owned by the UniCredit Group between 2007 and 2013. In late 2020, an agreement was reached for its acquisition by Jusan Bank, a process that was finalized in 2021, leading to the full integration of ATF Bank's operations, assets, and branding into Jusan Bank.
