Established independently in 2013 following a management buyout from Barclays Bank PLC, Arabesque’s mission is to enable its clients and market stakeholders to implement sustainability in their investments and financial decision-making. Arabesque Holding Ltd (the parent company of Arabesque Group) is the holding company which manages three businesses: Arabesque Asset Management, Arabesque S-Ray and Arabesque AI. The Group’s businesses operate in an integrated manner, each bringing complementary capabilities to clients. Arabesque Asset Management manufactures sustainable investment products, Arabesque S-Ray researches and publishes non-financial data on over 8,000 listed companies as well as generating scores that independently assess company level ESG performance, and Arabesque AI manages an artificial intelligence engine that can deliver market-beating active fund management strategies.
