It operated as a "clone firm," using a name and branding deliberately similar to the real company to deceive and solicit funds from the public. Financial regulators in both Italy (CONSOB) and Spain (CNMV) have issued public warnings confirming that this entity is not authorized to provide investment services or conduct financial activities in their jurisdictions. Their business model was based on fraudulent misrepresentation to attract investors.
