ABA Retirement Funds Program

Established in 1963 as a not-for-profit corporation, the ABA Retirement Funds Program is an exclusive member benefit of the American Bar Association. Its mission is to provide comprehensive and affordable retirement plan solutions, such as 401(k)s, to law firms of all sizes across the United States. The Program is structured as a multiple-employer plan (MEP), allowing firms to pool their assets to gain economies of scale, and it leverages professional fiduciaries to help plan sponsors manage their responsibilities.
