My experience with this prop firm was very disappointing. I experienced repeated slippage that significantly affected my trades. What disappointed me the most was that I reported a final order that I do not believe I placed after I had already stopped trading and closed my application. Instead of properly investigating my concern by checking the server logs or execution records, I only received a general explanation about slippage. I understand that slippage is part of trading, but ignoring a customer's concern about a suspicious order is unacceptable. I did not feel that my case was investigated fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this prop firm.
