Tiberius Acquisition Corporation

Tiberius Acquisition Corporation was a blank check company incorporated in Delaware and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company's strategy was to identify and acquire a business in the insurance industry. After its initial public offering in March 2018, the company successfully identified a target and, in March 2020, completed its business combination with International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. (IGI). Following the merger, the company was renamed International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. and now trades on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
