Reform Pension Board

The Reform Pension Board is a board of trustees that administers the Reform Pension Scheme, a defined benefit pension plan. Its mission is to manage the scheme's assets and liabilities to ensure that retirement and death benefits can be paid to its members, who are the rabbis, cantors, and community employees of the Movement for Reform Judaism. The board operates under the governance of the parent organization, the Movement for Reform Judaism, and is responsible for the investment strategy and administration of the pension fund.
