Quebec Construction Commission

The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) is a public organization created in 1987 to administer the *Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry (Act R-20)*. Its mission is to ensure the application of rules governing the construction industry in Quebec, Canada. The CCQ's key responsibilities include overseeing collective agreements, managing social benefit plans (pension, insurance), ensuring vocational training and qualification standards for workers, and combating undeclared work. It serves both the employees and employers of the Quebec construction sector, playing a central role in maintaining stability and equity within the industry.
