OnSiteIQ is a technology company that offers a construction intelligence platform designed for real estate owners, developers, and builders. The platform captures comprehensive 360-degree visual data of construction sites throughout the entire project lifecycle, creating an interactive and time-stamped digital record. By applying artificial intelligence and computer vision to this data, OnSiteIQ helps identify potential risks, verify progress against building plans and schedules (BIM models), and improve quality control, ultimately making the construction process more efficient, accurate, and transparent for all stakeholders. The company was founded by Ardalan Khosrowpour, stemming from his PhD research at Cornell Tech.
