Nishi-Nippon provides banking and financial services for individuals, and small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan and internationally through its subsidiaries. It accepts various deposit products, including current deposits, ordinary deposits, deposits at notice, time deposits, negotiable certificates of deposit, and other deposits. Nishi-Nippon also provides loans, securities, and domestic and foreign currency exchange services. Moreover, it provides credit card, credit guarantee, credit management, restructuring support, claims servicing, financial instruments, exchange, and other incidental services. Nishi-Nippon operated through a network of 183 branches of The Nishi-Nippon City Bank and 23 branches of The Bank of Nagasaki in Japan as well as 4 representative offices in Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, and Singapore as of March 31, 2018. It began operation in 1944, with its headquarters in Fukuoka in Japan.
