Founded in 2015, Newfi Correspondent is the correspondent lending division of New Finance LLC. The company operates as a direct lender, focusing on providing innovative mortgage products that fall outside of traditional agency guidelines, such as non-QM and prime jumbo loans. Its business model is built on partnering with other mortgage originators (correspondents) to purchase the loans they close, offering them a secondary market for their non-standard mortgage products.
