Mint

Founded in 2006 by Aaron Patzer and acquired by Intuit in 2009, Mint became a leading tool in the personal finance technology space. Its mission was to help users effortlessly manage their finances by providing a consolidated view of their bank accounts, credit cards, investments, and loans. The platform offered features like budget creation, spending categorization, credit score monitoring, and financial goal setting. In late 2023, Intuit announced the closure of Mint, encouraging its millions of users to migrate their data to its other platform, Credit Karma, which would integrate some of Mint's key features.
