Lakeland Bank

Founded in 1969, Lakeland Bank grew to become a prominent community bank headquartered in Oak Ridge, New Jersey. It operated as the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. The bank offered a comprehensive suite of products and services, including personal and business banking, lending, investment management, and wealth management solutions. Through a history of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, it expanded its footprint across northern and central New Jersey and the Hudson Valley. On August 31, 2023, Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. completed its merger with Provident Financial Services, Inc., and Lakeland Bank was merged into Provident Bank. The combined entity now operates under the Provident Bank name and brand.
