Kas Bank

Founded in 1806 and headquartered in Amsterdam, KAS BANK N.V. was a long-standing European specialist bank focused on providing custody, administration, and risk management services for institutional investors, such as pension funds, insurance companies, and asset managers. The bank's core mission was to offer safe, reliable, and efficient securities services, helping clients manage their assets and navigate complex regulations. In 2019, KAS BANK was acquired by the French asset servicing group CACEIS (a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A. and Santander), and its operations have since been fully integrated and rebranded as CACEIS Bank, Netherlands Branch, along with its entities in Germany and the UK.
