Gradsave

Gradsave was founded to help families save for college and reduce future student loan debt. The platform operates as a social savings tool, allowing users to create a registry for a child's education fund (typically a 529 plan) which can be shared with friends and family for events like birthdays and holidays. Contributors can easily give monetary gifts directly to the child's savings account. In November 2016, Gradsave was acquired by Gradvisor, an SEC-registered investment advisor that also focuses on college savings. The Gradsave brand and website now serve as a landing page for the service, which is operated by Gradvisor.
