Established in 1993 by the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) is a California Joint Powers Authority and a political subdivision of the State of California. Its mission is to provide financing and support for programs that improve the lives of California residents, with a primary focus on affordable housing through down payment assistance and sustainable energy initiatives.
