Genesis Block

Founded in 2017, Genesis Block established itself as one of Asia's largest and most prominent over-the-counter (OTC) digital asset trading centers. The company's mission was to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the emerging digital asset economy. It provided a wide range of services, including high-volume OTC trading for institutional and high-net-worth clients, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs across Hong Kong, and other crypto-related financial services. The company ceased all trading operations and announced its closure in December 2022 following the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, citing significant financial contagion.
