Founded in 2020 by Charles-Henri Sabet, FlowBank SA was a fully licensed Swiss bank headquartered in Geneva. The company's mission was to make investment and trading accessible to a broader audience through its online platform and mobile apps, FlowBank and FlowBank Pro. It provided access to a wide range of asset classes, including stocks, ETFs, forex, commodities, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies, combining traditional banking services with modern trading technology. However, in June 2024, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the bank due to its failure to meet minimum capital requirements.
