Founded in 1999, FLEX Fonds-Gruppe is an owner-managed, independent initiator and manager of alternative investment funds (AIFs) specializing in German real estate. Since 2014, the group has operated as a fully regulated AIF Capital Management Company (AIF-Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft) under the supervision of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
