Founded by industry veterans Joe Aitchison and Bill O’Brien, Catalyst Health & Benefits, Inc. was a specialized employee benefits consulting firm based in the Philadelphia area. The company focused on delivering customized, cost-effective benefits programs and advisory services, with a particular expertise in serving clients within the complex healthcare sector. They provided strategic consulting on all aspects of employee benefits, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and life insurance. In October 2021, Catalyst was acquired by NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant, to enhance NFP's benefits consulting presence in the Atlantic and Midwest regions of the United States. The Catalyst team and its operations have since been integrated into NFP.
