Overall Thought

I recently had the displeasure of banking with Capitec Bank and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The service was subpar and the employees were unprofessional and unhelpful. I had several issues with my account and when I tried to contact customer service, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seemed to have no idea how to solve my problems. I also found their online banking system to be clunky and difficult to navigate, which made managing my account even more frustrating. In addition, I was charged exorbitant fees for basic banking services, such as ATM withdrawals and money transfers. It seemed like every time I turned around, there was another unexpected charge on my account.

Overall Thought

This is a bank that looks after it's customers and all their interest. Definitely the best in taking care of theirs users first and giving them every opportunity to save their money. Definitely recommend to all other customers. They are safe and reliable.
