Algorand Foundation

The Algorand Foundation is a Singapore-based non-profit organization launched to help fulfill the global promise of the Algorand blockchain. Founded by Turing Award-winning cryptographer Silvio Micali, the Foundation is responsible for the sound monetary supply economics, decentralized governance, and a healthy and prosperous open-source ecosystem. It provides funding, research, and community engagement to foster innovation and ensure the long-term, decentralized growth of the Algorand network.
