Alfa Trade

Founded in 2012, Alfa Trade was a CySEC-regulated online broker providing retail clients with access to trade Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on forex, indices, and commodities. The company operated under the legal entity Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd. In 2015, the parent company was acquired by the technology firm Playtech for $125 million and was subsequently integrated into Playtech's financial division (now known as Finalto), with the Alfa Trade brand and operations being absorbed into the larger Markets.com brokerage.
