My last experience with deriv customer service was horrible , the customer service agent acted like a robot , not taking into cons what I said to her; Deriv had an online platform where traders sell each other dollars and the seller decides which payment method they prefer, however it turns out deriv has no idea how to deal with payment methods that are not bank transfer, since the only method they ask for as evidence is the bank transfer. I wish they could train their agents to think outside the box
