Main requirements

2. Register the company with the Central Bank of Uruguay.
3. Prepare a detailed business plan presenting key operating assets, market strategies, financial estimates, and risk management measures.
4. Develop a detailed risk control plan.
5. Provide photocopies of passport details of shareholders, management, and other key personnel.
6. Submit residence registration documents for shareholders, executives, and important team members.
7. Provide professional references of senior staff showing their professionalism and experience in foreign exchange operations.
8. Ensure that shareholders, management, and key executives have a clean criminal record.
9. Develop a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance program.
10. Proof of identity and residency.
