Zenith bank is actually good, the only issue is service delay

Zenith Bank is a very well-known commercial bank, they have consistently won the Best Bank in Nigeria award for the fourth time since 2019. They have won the award due to their growth in assets, profitability, geographic reach, strategic relationships, new business development, and innovation in products. Zenith Bank was also listed in the World Finance Top 100 Global Companies in 2023 and is recognized as the Number One Bank in Nigeria by Tier-1 Capital, for the 14th consecutive year, in the 2023 Top 1000 World Banks Ranking. I must say it is impressive and they may deserve the award due to the fact they rake in money for the country. Still, if we are to give the bank an award for customer service, how smooth their service/operation is, and how safe your money is they will end up at the bottom of the list because they have fallen extremely short in that aspect. I can say this because I use the bank, the company I work for uses the bank and their services are quite poor. When it comes to the safety of your money, as a normal individual, safety is 5 as a company I would say 7. They always seem to have network issues, there is no day you want to use their mobile banking or their corporate online banking that you won't have to say a prayer even after saying a prayer your worst fears will still come to pass. You cannot be in Nigeria and have Zenith Bank as your only bank, you would be in serious trouble if you try that. They need to do better when it comes to their network, their services to normal people, and not-so-known corporate companies who use their services.

Zenith Bank is a seasoned commercial bank that has been in operation for decades. I opened a savings account more than 15 years ago but am not currently using the bank due to past experiences. One of the experiences is that my account got debited due to a dispense error, and it took a very long time to get my money back, which is very painful.
